To register your business name, you will need to bring your identification card (ID) and there is a fee of SCR 100 payable at the time of registration.

It typically takes 3 working days to process.

Obtaining copies from a Company’s file will incur a fee of SCR 50.

9. What is the Registration fee for submitted documents?

Registration fee is SCR 200 per parcel.

10. How long does it take to process a Land Transfer document?

It usually takes up 30 days after payment to process if your document is done correctly but it may take a bit longer as we do have some internal challenges.
